If a plant is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped or labeled by us please contact us immediately. Plants sometimes look the worse for wear after a cross-country trip in a box but normally will recover in due time. If you feel that the plant is unhealthy or you are not satisfied with it for any reason please let us know as soon as possible. A digital picture would certainly help us identify the problem. We will make every effort to either replace the plant or issue a credit to your account.
